    Shipping/Handling Policy:    

    • Handling Fee: No Charge
    • Shipping charges will be automatically calculated based on weight. ( Default carrier: UPS )
    • Most of orders usually ship out within 24 hours or the next business day. Few orders may take 3-5 days to ship.
    • Orders can not be cancelled after we ship it out. All order cancellation must be done the same day you place the order and before we ship out the order. We reserve the right not to accept order cancellation. Cancelled order without authorization or refused shipment will NOT be refunded.
    • Please allow 3-7 business days transit time for UPS Ground Service.
    • Please make sure your credit card information is correct to avoid order delay, double check the credit card number, billing address ( where you receive your credit card statement ), and card expiration date before you submit the order.
    • Please make sure you enter the correct email address, so we can send you order confirmation and UPS tracking number by email.

    • Free shipping only for orders ship to continental 48 states by UPS ground service.    Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO address or other shipping methods will be extra shipping charge.
    • Shipping Damage:    All scooters, pocket bikes, mini choppers are brand new NOT refurbished.    Before we ship out the scooters ( pocket bikes, mini choppers ),    we will inspect it carefully to make sure it is not defective, the scooter ( pocket bike or mini chopper ) will be well packaged and shipped out in perfect condition.       When you receive your order, please check the carton / crate for external damage.    If the carton / crate or scooter ( pocket bike or mini chopper ) is damaged in any way ( looks twisted or it was dropped ),    please note damage on the bill of lading and have the driver print and sign his name.    We are not responsible for any damage which occurs during shipping. You should file a claim with UPS or trucking company within 2 days after you receive it. We will assist you in any way we can in this matter. Once the scooter ( pocket bike or mini chopper ) is signed for and received it is the buyer’s responsibility to file any claims for damage with UPS or trucking company.    Please do not refuse shipment or send it back to us.    Refused shipment or returned shipment with RAN will not be accepted.    Shipping damage must be reported to us with claim report within 3 days upon receipt of order.    We will send you free of charge the necessary replacement parts to fix the damaged scooter / pocket bike / mini chopper ( digital pictures may be required by email ).    So you don’t have to ship the whole unit back to us and just change the parts by yourself. We will not pay labor charges to install such parts. If you insist of sending the whole damaged scooter ( pocket bike or mini chopper ) back to us, and want us to replace the damaged parts, then you will need to pay for the round trip shipping charge and labor,    the replacement parts will be free of charge. Minor scratches caused from shipping and handling or "blemishes" are not considered replaceable damage as they do not affect the functionality of the product.
    • If you forget to apply discount or free shipping code for your order, don’t worry, we will take care it for you.
    • Please note that extra discounts will be taken when we approve the order and charge your credit card. It will not be shown on check out final price or order pre-confirmation email. The discount will be shown on the final order confirmation email after we approve your order.
    • If you need to ship to another address other than your billing address, please contact your credit card company and create an "Alternate Shipping Address", which is simply a note on your account authorizing purchases that are delivered to a destination other than your billing address. Also please indicate your credit card company’s phone number on the " Special Instructions " during check out.     Return Policy: 

    • RAN:    We always work hard to make you happy with our service. In order to offer you the best prices, we have to keep our cost low. Please email us for RAN ( Return Authorization Number ) before you ship it back to us. Returns are allowed for exchange of defective products or size exchange only. Non-defective product returns ( except size exchange ) subject to 40% re-stocking fee.   We will not charge re-stocking fee for size exchange if your return is in brand new perfect condition. You only pay for shipping charge. If we don’t have your required style or size in stock, we will either substitute with other styles or give you store credit.    Please include the RAN number on the return packaging for faster processing. All return products must be unworn, brand new condition, and must be returned with all parts and in its original package within 7 days after receipt of your order. All returns without RAN number will NOT be accepted. Returns not in original packaging will be subject to 25% re-stock fee.  Tax and shipping charge are non-refundable ( we will deduct shipping for orders with free shipping ). Electric scooters, gas scooters, pocket bikes, mini choppers can not be returned in any case.    If your scooters are defective within 30 days    factory warranty period ( except clearance items without warranty as stated ),    please contact the scooter manufacturer directly for service, exchange, or replacement parts ( see FAQ for scooter manufacturer contact information ).
